During the days of June 8-22, 2004, our ministry will be sponsoring a mission
trip to Edinburgh, Scotland. Four local churches in the Edinburgh area have
provided opportunities for us to bring ministry teams. Ministries will consist
of preaching, teaching, music, children, testimonies, and gospel literature
distribution.
Upon our arrival in England, we will tour London for two days visiting various
locations relating to England's church history and national heritage. These
will include Spurgeon's Metropolitan Tabernacle, John Wesley’s Chapel,
Westminister Abbey, Westminister Chapel, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and
London Bridge.
Following our days in London, we will travel by train to Edinburgh where
our four teams will conduct conferences in the churches for the week. Included
in the itinerary will be two days of touring. Such historical sites as the
home of John Knox, Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, the Holyrood Palace,
Grassmarket, and Greyfriars Church will be visited in Edinburgh.
